It's no more dangerous than climbing a tall tree really is it, if you slip from 50 feet you'll be just as dead as you arefalling from 1,000 feet.
There's more chance of landing on somebody else or their pride and joy if you're doing it in the middle of a city though, which in turn makes it more dangerous, just not for the person doing the climbing.

These vids make me feel quite ill.
But fair play to them for having balls of steel, and exposing a pretty large security flaw in what must be a terrorist's top 10 target building.

So two young men carrying backpacks can get access to the top floors of the second tallist building in London on a whim?
That's encouraging.
Dare i say it also shows that the threat of attacks is over egged? Maybe to make some services look better or to excuse taking away certain freedoms?

You can dare to say what you like sir! However, I'll dare to say that I have no idea how you get one from the other. Trump hasn't been assasinated yet (well, as of 1 minute before starting the is post) but I'm sure there are plenty who'd like to.

You'll go blind if you do that. Didn't your mother teach you anything?

Good on 'em. They have more nerve than I have.

I went up the side of the then tallest building in London on a builder's lift - no floor, just rails - and that was bad enough. These guys deserve to get their kicks.

The nutter on the unicycle on top of a mahoosive chimney stack is the one that make me grit my teeth.

Good to see so many positive reactions to this, glad we haven't all become missogs! If you haven't seen James Kingston's (Southampton lad) youtube's page, take a look - he's a total nutter!

Same dude, camps on top of them too. Puts a lot of trust in rusty Communist era Romanian metal ladders and railings!

I know there's security and safety issues - you'd inflict a fair amount of damage to something or someone if you fell off one of these buildings - but I can't help but admire these young adventurers.

Have we had the two lads scaling the Shanghai towers yet?

It is riskier by virtue of the fact you are likely to get more fatigued and increase risk of error the longer you climb for etc.
