Not a great few days for the alt-Right poster boy after a video emerged of him condoning paedophilia. Loses his book deal, is dropped from CPAC and is forced to step down from Breitbart - you know things are bad when even Breitbart can't keep you on.

You won't be hearing much from him for a while anyway. He pretty much hit the self destruct button on his career

He was going to leave anyway as his own platform is big enough to sell his "act". American's love the character he has created and he's being paid big bucks to do it this will not harm him in any way. Back in the day we used to have good fun with him when he was in the tech space and he is nothing like what you see (apart from being super posh!)

He's actually a quite clever chap, but normally you see his image and sound bites to judge him from. When I first saw him in action i laughed but there is some depth beyond the "in your face" facade. Not sure we'll ever see that side though, been encouraged on the fringes to give too much bluster, rather than boring monologues.

I'm pinko subversive by the way, so not one of his biggest fans. It's rather ironic that homosexual Milo is a Monroe poster child for Alt Right. Like the Village People....

Are we all closer together than we thought, and just like shouting our arguments ? smile

I thought I might like him given how well he winds up feminists and SJWs but then I listened to him on Joe Rogan and he was just a bit of a tosser and very very good at deflecting the conversation to something else when his evidently shallow knowledge was exposed or Joe picked him up on some of his more over the top, and illogical comments.

Just another empty vessel really. A really loud one. Good for poking the feminazi bear, but only really entertaining for a few minutes.

It was sarcasm laugh He's a bit of a troll, and he overstepped the mark. Doesn't make him any less right about other things.

Islam IS a danger to Gay people and Womens rights.

The book deal was always touchy because the publishers were getting serious stick from the left in the USA that he would have Freedom of speech they didn't agree with.

Even the Twitter ban was nonsense. http://www.breitbart.com/tech/2016/07/18/milo-revi... (his version, not the one the MSM will ever let you know)

And what an embarrassment for the 2 people on the panel who decided to just tell him to fk off because they had no actual argument rolleyes

He shouldn't have bothered with the show, but I daresay his ego made him want to do it.

To be more accurate an openly gay Jewish immigrant, so he'd have plenty of victim cards to play if he wished. Instead he's despised by the left that they resort to violence to keep him from speaking, such as the recent Berkley riots. A lot of traditional Republicans hate him as well, because he's an openly gay Jewish immigrant. Obviously he loves deliberately offending and winding people up, but every time I see one of his speeches I can't help but think he's spot on about a number of issues. It's just in this instance he did choose his words poorly, and those on both sides who have been waiting for an opportunity have gone into a feeding frenzy.

Wasn't that after he basically said the other guests had a low IQ, misrepresented what one said and looked silly over an intelligence matter?

Having said that, he's clearly a clever guy.

Well he's got a book coming out, so I'm sure this isn't the last we'll hear from him, shameless.

In his "apology" and resignation speach he's managed to bring is own sexual abuse in as mitigation - why's he not made an official police complaint or has he? I'd be quite interested to see if we can perhaps bring him back to the UK, you know like when they transported hanibal lector on that sack trolley, and give him a brew and a sit down and see if we can't sort the lad out with a job on reception at a Toni and Guys shop or something, it would be best for the boy.

That is because he is recounting what happened to him. He is not advocating it. But recounting. A very different thing.

Lena Dunham is a pathological liar and attention seeker and the very definition of the worst kind of middle class liberal white privelege. I think it's best we all just ignore anything she says or does so she will disappear from the lack of attention.

And seriously, if your only defence is "BUT OTHER PEOPLE SAID SOMETHING VAGUELY SIMILAR ONCE SNOWFLAKES SJW SAFESPACE" then you are not exactly starting off from a strong moral position.

I think so. Both switched on blokes speaking passionately about their ideology, both perhaps a bit smugly and sneering at the other side.

This milo guy is the one whose side is winning everywhere though, he's pretty much been proved correct on his predictions from before the election.

I think his undoing is that the republicans are still conservative and Trump has hijacked his way in there. I can't see typical republicans identifying with his openly gay anti religious image. This kind of alt right movement will do much better in smaller European countries that don't have such strong religious conservatism.
