I would not be at all surprised if the court found that this behaviour was not justified. They however will have access to all the evidence which, clearly, we do not.

I merely mused that perhaps you think it was acceptable - it wasn't an accusation. I just think it may benefit you to watch the video in order to be able to make a better informed opinion of the incident. You seem fairly interested in it going on the amount of posts you have made on it - seems odd you haven't viewed it. Assuming you're telling the truth of course.
