How do I check history of unregistered sued car (from dealer

Hi

Is there a way to check for accident history, whether an import etc without a registration plate?

The Seqouia does not have any registration at the moment (it was on trade plates when I drove it) and while I am sure it is fine (from main dealer) I would prefer to double-check of course.

Any recommendations on how I do this?

Carfax might be worth checking

I also recommend carfax. You just need the chassis number and it will give you accident history, if it has been water damaged etc. I haven't used it for a while but from memory it's around 30 dollars.

Thanks - just ran it Carfax was clear and showed that manufactured and shipped to dealer.

The car has been registered in the UAE before (one prior owner) - is there a DXB equivalent of Carfax/car check etc?

In abu dhabi you can put the chassis number into the police website and it gives the accident history. Not sure if the same is true in dxb.
