Can't work out if the person who stabbed the policeman and was subsequently shot by armed police is the driver of the vehicle who's run off after crashing, or if that's a completely separate incident. If the latter, where is the driver of the vehicle? Is it just me that can't work it out or is this information yet to be established?

According to the Beeb it was the guy who stabbed the Policeman whose been shot. the car seems a separate incident.MitchT said:

In such incidents as these there will be conflicting information. It might be that the two incidents are not related but who knows?Countdown said:

Sky just showed a graphic still image of someone who had clearly fallen from height - didnt look in a good condition - possibly someone who was hit on the bridge and knocked over the railings.

2) Driver crashed into the railings outside HoP (further casulaties at this point)
3) Driver left vehicle confronted and stabbed a police officer then shot by other officers.

Richard Tice was coming out of the tube station as the events unfolded.
He told BBC News: “I came out of Westminster Underground and it was clear something dramatic had happened.
“I was ushered onto the bridge and, looking up and down, there were at least eight figures on the west pavement… and then the car crashed at the south end of the bridge.”

Working assumption is one incident 3 parts;

Looks like SUV ran people down on Westminster bridge, then crashed into wall at Elizabeth Tower (Big Ben), occupants went over/around the adjacent wall, towards commons Westminster entrances to get into Parliament, challenged by security, stabbings/shots. Number of injured on the bridge, no fatalities yet confirmed, but looks likely from the covered bodies seen on the aerial images.
