True but it's a far better outcome than many other victims of scandals where those responsible have got a slap on the wrist.

Then again I doubt he has any conception of himself, so it's probably the projection of the hive mind onto the canvas.

The judge said;

In sentencing remarks, Judge Kaplan dismissed this argument. He said: “The assertion that customers and creditors will be paid in full is misleading.”

He added: “A thief who takes his loot to Las Vegas and successfully bets the stolen money is not entitled to a discount on the sentence by using his Las Vegas winnings to pay back what he stole.”
