Israel doesn't have a right to exist where it currently is (IMO) because of the way it came into being. That does not mean I want all Israelis dead. But I also find Israel an abhorrent government/country.

That does not mean the same as the Jews don't have a right to exist somewhere.

As has been noted, Zionism as randomly defined against the accepted term (ie a Jewish homeland) as being about apparently a desire to relocate Palestinian people from the unoccupied territories, seems to be not an objective of the majority of the people in the Israeli state or their politicians.
Netanyahu is not Israel. Israelis are in fact killing Hamas for a reason and it isn’t because Netanyahu has control of their mind.

And thus I suspect you actually mean by ‘zionists’ if you had a moment of private internal honesty, something broader.

At which point you might in a really bleak moment of the soul actually be honest and stop using a portmanteau word like Zionism and say what you actually mean.
Like ‘Israelis’ or ‘Jews’.
