Salon reporting with an article on how trump is runnign scared on his latest case, including comments by Loyola Law School professor Laurie Levenson saying it's now becoming one of trumps tells, that he attacks the judge, or family when he's really worried about a trial and it's outcome.

Levenson said that insulting Judge Juan Merchan a little over two weeks before his hush-money trial is set to begin is neither "wise" nor a "good move" and "just a recipe for sort of getting in the worst position possible during the trial."

"What he's trying to do is cushion himself if he does get convicted by saying, 'I never had a fair shot because of the judge and the judge's daughter,' so it does make him look like he's running a bit scared."

University of Florida professor Jay Ritter on trump media shares saying he expects the stock could slide all the way to $2 a share. “The stock will continue to be very volatile, with sharp moves up and down. But the long-term trend will be down,” he continued. “The company has about $2 in cash per share, but it will probably burn through that money and the most likely outcome is eventual bankruptcy.”

A judge has found Georgia Republican Party official Brian Pritchard guilty of illegally voting nine times over several years. Pritchard has falsely asserted Democrats had stolen the 2020 election through fraud.

Georgia GOP’s first vice chairman, violated state election laws by voting while on probation for forgery and other felonies, and that his explanations were neither "credible or convincing."

Now comes the two tier system of justice for rich white men.
Pritchard must pay a $5,000 fine and $375.14 in investigative costs incurred by the court. Not 5 year in jail like Crystal Mason...

I think it'll have a huge impact on swing voters. The people who have already made their mind up are not the target, it's the people who might not bother to vote, or are currently undecided. There will be wall-to-wall Dem ads, and very few Republican ads, which if nothing else will at least let voters know who their Dem candidates actually are.

trump spent $11m on ads in the lead up to Super Tuesday, in one week. Money is very important in US politics. trumps been booking smaller and smaller venues, now none at all.

The order copied the one trump was given previously, Judge Juan Merchan said that trump can’t make statements about attorneys, court staff or the family members of prosecutors or lawyers intended to interfere with the case. Trump is also barred from making statements about any potential or actual juror.
The order does not prevent trump from talking about New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg, who is a public figure, or Merchan himself.

Judge noted trump had a history of making “threatening, inflammatory, denigrating” statements against people at all levels of the justice system, including jurors.

It doesn't specifically mention the Judges family, hence trump is spreading his false claims, pre-emptive grift for when he loses. Standard tell for trump to attack people especially when he's worried about the case.
