If he looses Chubb will hand over a fat cheque and then call in the debt from Trump for which they have security.

Also remember than in this case if he wins he still looses as its just the damages amount payable he's appealing.

Chubb put up the bond for the EJC case. They won't have done that without a means to recover the money after the appeals process is over. If they haven't whoever did it will likely be in serious trouble themselves.

Again trump isn't appealing the verdict, only the amount of damages/fine. That means the bond holder is on the hook for a large amount of cash however the appeal pans out.

Looks like Loren Merchan had a picture of trump behind bars as her profile pic on her X account - which I think she has now locked.
So probably been there for some time and trump is pushing the boundaries to see if Judge Merchan will act.
I suspect he will - watch this space.

If you think that he won't find a way out of that somehow then you've not paid attention to his entire life. He's still not parted with any money and he's still in his usual spot of 'well they can call in the debt but there's always a way'.

This is the extremity of his slipperiness and he's an expert at being this awful. It HAS to be evidence of his actual money and/or assets leaving his possession otherwise for him it's nothing.

Meanwhile he can continue to spout st in every direction on TS despite the repeated muzzle orders that clearly aren't doing a fking thing.

Even if everything you say about getting away with it is right... When he is shown to be nowhere near as wealthy as he has said. When he's not elected and abandoned by everyone.
