He'll get a price which depends on the share price at that time, market conditions at that time, and how much stock is sold. More complicating factors are who will be buying, will there be cornerstone orders, will the company have discovered a new product, how it's core business is doing...

All the filing does is give the legal ability for him (and other material shareholders) to sell when the time comes.

The DA's office is asking the judge for an order to show cause for contempt of the gag order, forcing trump to "take down the offending" posts and to remind him that "further violations of the order could result in jail time."

He also seeks a $3,000 fine: $1,000 each, for 3 posts.

If that was me I'd be asking if he could afford the $3000, or does he need to phone a friend

With regard to the social media posts, trump's lawyer is using the "but he hit me first" defence saying trump was merely "responding to salacious repeated attacks by these witnesses." and therefore did not violate the gag order. No decision on that, however, Merchan did reply "I don't recall that there's an exception if he's being attacked."

The guy at politico has worked out that with no Wednesdays in court and various holidays being observed by the court we won't hear any testimony until May.

DJT also voted to issue more shares in the company in an effort to attract some more capital to the business. It’s a common tactic but it looks terrible.

It also further dilutes Trump and everyone else’s shares too! Dropping in value AND diluted, nice. Keep it up and it’s going to be nothing in a month.
