trumps tried that old fav trick of his, brandishing a stack of paper whilst claiming they are something. Like the time he had a stack of blank paper he claimed were papers he had to sign to hand over trump org to his sons.

This time he claimed they were stories from right wing press etc claiming they were "stories from legal experts about how there is no case" \nd again saying it was Biden's fault.

Trial is only 4 days a week, he has 3 days a week for other things. Plus if he didn't do the crimes he wouldn't be in court

He popped out the other day for another staged event, using 35 young people from the local young republican party, pretending to be just normal New Yorkers who happened to be where trump popped in.

Judge Mehta ruled yesterday that the lawsuits filed by lawmakers and police officers against trump over his actions on his insurrection day can move forward.

Also Judge Mehta ordered trump to begin describing the basis for his claim that he is immune from the lawsuits because his insurrection attempt and actions were part of his official duties as president

Weirdly he had Weds off, went to a staged young republicans event in NY... so he was campaigning. trump stopped by Sanaa Convenient Store, a tiny bodega that sells chips, sodas and other snacks, so the campaign made it a safe space for him... full of supporters after he had to sit through two days of nasty remarks in court.
