Mr Butcher, a local businessman, has for the past 12 years set up and helped run a soup kitchen, Amazing Grace, and more recently, The Big Red Night Bus to help homeless people in the Lancashire resort.
Well that is going to trigger some on here. crankedup5 said:

The cricketer, or the bloke from Rochdale? What is the relevance?Re Blackpool, I read
"Mr Anderson and the candidate got on a Reform election battle bus for a tour around the town, passing miles of shuttered shops and closed and dilapidated hotels and B&Bs.
Blackpool is one of the poorest towns in England, with eight wards being in the 10 most deprived neighbourhoods in the country, according to 2019 indices of multiple deprivation produced by the Government."
Mr Anderson's comments:
“I’m sick to death of people in this country apologising for our history, our heritage, our culture. I’m sick to death of people ripping flags down, statues down.
“We’re fed up of our capital city being taken over by Islamists on a regular basis.
“I’m not going to apologise to Sadiq Khan while I’ve got breath in my body.”
So right, Reform are really getting a grip with the problems that constituents are facing today.

Just to be clear...during Easter time in a Christian countries capital city, you are suggesting he's Raciest for pointing out the lack of Easter celebration decorations and instead choosing to focus on a Muslim celebration? If only there was another Christian celebration available where millions of lights and decorations were hung up for months on end in London….

I agree, it is totally racist imo. I think he could bring Reform down before they've barely got off the ground.Anderson doesn't own a country, and wanting to go back in time is hardly a serious political platform.
Anderson is neither a resident of London or Bristol, yet he feels those residents should lead lifestyles approved by himself. Bonkers.

The cheeky Cocker-knees have all been usurped by foreigners who no-longer wear the ENGLISH traditional pearly king & Queen outfits but Saris, and they no longer dance on roof tops with the chim-chim-chimney sweeps and perform vast outlandish Bollywood inspired dance numbers across the graves of our fallen warriors! No-one speaks English anywhere and the only white faces are the brave Taxi drivers who tell it like it is. These days you get arrested and thrown in jail if you say your English! I want my country back! /Sarcasm

Fair point. How would you describe yourself?
Google recons...
Generally, the left wing is characterized by an emphasis on "ideas such as freedom, equality, fraternity, rights, progress, reform and internationalism" while the right wing is characterized by an emphasis on "notions such as authority, hierarchy, order, duty, tradition, reaction and nationalism".
I must say I think they have 'ideas such as freedom' and 'notions such as authority' around the wrong way? Seems 'reform' is a left wing ideology too...figures
Along with that quick Google...I also did the first (US centric) quiz that appeared https://www.politicalpersonality.org/test/
Apparently I'm a...
'Freedom Steward
You are an independent spirit who champions individual autonomy.
Freedom Stewards value privacy, autonomy, and are generally distrustful of the political order. You feel that the world would be better off if people just took care of themselves and didn’t rely on government institutions. You prefer to keep to yourself, rather than engage in public political campaigns. Generally a hard worker, you pave your own way and just want the government to stay out of it.'
So there you are. Quite accurate actually.

Despite strongly disagreeing with "I do everything I can to protect traditional religious values." and "Abortion should be illegal in the US.", by providing my best Trumpite answers elsewhere, I managed to get it to say that my single most important priority was "Religious Fundamentals - promoting and protecting religious values"!
