For my money, the best headline.

One I actually remember seeing on shelves was this.

My son was a journalist on a local newspaper in London. A man committed suicide jumping from the roof of a well-known pub in the Old Kent Road. The headline for this tragic event was; Man Jumps Off The World.

Years later, working for TV news, they had an investigation into corrupt traffic wardens. They had video cameras on a particular vehicle legally parked. The warden ticketed the vehicle, but didn't put the ticket on the car. Didn't want to warn the driver. The title of the short bit was; Bay Watch.

It used to be quite a subtle skill with regards headlines.
