I have just read the transcript of PMQs and can't find a single reference to this.

Yet, I am as sure as night is day that she mentioned this.

First off, £3.5 Bn for this little scheme? How the fk can they pay for it? Secondly, terrorists. Who would want to take a hit at the UK in its' current state? Blow up a bank or Westminster? Hell, most people would cheer.

I would think that these 'terrorists' don't really feel they're needed, as the current government is doing a much better job than they could ever wish for.....
