The Australian creator of the birqini swimsuit said last week that the French did not want Muslims to integrate.
Surely it's the opposite? Integration isn't that one side always makes allowances for the other is it? Wearing such a thing more segregation than integration? If they genuinely wanted to integrate, they'd drop the 'dress code'.

Many people won't have showered, wiped themselves clean, exercised prior to swimming, done the wife up the chuff and not washed before swimming etc.
Does yer wife mind all these people? She sounds very liberated. All religions are stupid, but people are free to be stupid.

I am not convinced that I am the one who needs to get over something here. Introducing a strawman to the subject does not really add much TBHMuntu said:

Hardly a strawman talking about other sessions that are aimed at a specific group.
I'm not old so I don't go swimming at OAP time and don't have to worry about them pissing near me. Same with the mother and kids sessions.
I'm not a muslim so I wouldn't go to a muslim session and so don't have to worry about seeing people dressed like tits.

So I don't really see the problem with clothed sessions.

If this is true, they ought to be barred from public swimming pools as a matter of hygiene.
Then there's health and safety...
Don't these garments soak up water until they sink and drown...?

That's being trite. The statement quoted that the maker stated that The French did not want Muslims to integrate. Plainly, that is not the case, because the item itself is one of segregation, and not integration.
