That is a great pub sign. Made me think of the pub in the film The Wicker Man for some reason...

At the risk of derailing the thread, how about shots of 122 Leadenhall Street and 20 Fenchurch Street, as both are pretty prominent now? Obviously these should be from the Bilbian School of photography to remain in keeping with the topic to date smile

Good idea - but why are you asking AFTER I've been walking passed them lots recently? irked

Seen as how you chaps know a fair bit about this place, I was hoping you could help me smile

My mum bought me a number of cool presents this Christmas, but one that I am especially looking forward to was a Red Letter day voucher for a trip to the viewing gallery at the top of the Shard followed by lunch for two, however I'm not sure if the Shard viewing gallery is open for business just yet?

Can anyone advise?

Thanks smile

I don't know how much of a rush you're in to find out if it's open, but a mate of mine was telling me that there's something on the internet called Google (or some silly name like that) that lets you search and find things like that out, does seem a but far fetched to me though, and he had been drinking!

Still won't catch me going up there. Made the fatal mistake of watching a programme about the "French Spiderman" over Christmas and all my vertigo issues came back.

Going to have to stick somewhere low for the moment; somewhere around Scouseville in the Premier League should do me!

The only thing deserving of one of Her Majestys ankle bracelets around these parts is the fraudulent descriptions you offer of your "pictures".
