The Tulip tower proposal was killed by the government yesterday, it was only 5m lower in height than the Shard.

Would have been uglier than the Shard and taken talk away from it. But alas not to be.

I’m not sure who he’s trying to fool, whilst the first photo could have been taken from the Midlands, the 2nd was clearly taken from a westerly direction. Unless he’s got one of those light bending cameras, I can imagine he’s actually visited that there London Town.
any fule no - camera was in one of these. No way I'd want to breathe that smoggy southern air, so I was still in the Midlands using this....

Spectacular! clap

A friend got trapped in a quarantine hotel this week, after a holiday in South Africa.

Here's his effort. He assures me that The Shard's in there somewhere.

Didn't know this thread existed.

Being from the rural(ish) Midlands, the sights of London have always been of interest, especially the Shard.

Seeing London Bridge Station like that make me think about how it was before the rework. The only partly covered platforms, the overpass between platforms, the exit ramps at the end of the platforms, the old ticket barrier and even before the ticket barriers were installed. The pub in the station had TV's with the train times so you could check you train while having a pint.drink

Currently spending two days working in B3. Not much load on the chillers. Even being a gigantic greenhouse.

I’ve got some pictures from Level 76 while out on the roof machines.

Pretty sure it’s an overground train/carriage.

Top togging Blob. I really enjoyed the focal point being the foreground.

Thanks Minkey. I find random focal points adds a mystery to my oeuvre.
