I posted about this on an American website asking them what they thought of it and amongst the few "who" replies there were many of, "if it was the French then I could expect some anti-Americanism, but not the Italians". Overall belief she was guilty, most didn't care anyway.

Just read some info on the Italian prosecutor/Investigator. It seems He's more than a little wacky himself!!!

The Evidence points to the guy who went for the "fast track" option. It seesm the Italian Police didn't take him seriously despite a number of incidents prior to the murder. As for the others they merely seem guilty of not being aware what was going on around them at the time. The DNA evidence from the "bra clip" is very dodgy. It wasn't found for several days and that does seem to eliminate it from any reliability. Even the evidence on the knife goes nowhere. DNA on the handle is from Knox, but is of the level that comes from general use. The amounts found when it was dismantled are well below that required to be evidence in the UK. This is supposedly Blood DNA from the victim that would have covered the knife blade and handle!!

Interesting article laying out the evidence (such as it is). Certainly not watertight from what I can read.

Funny how so may assume she is Guilty, how on earth 3 different people can be charged with murder in this case is odd. The whole case is a joke, infact I dont think i'll be going to Italy in the near future or ever again in fear of getting fked over by a st policing system.
That's a shame, Italy's lovely.

She is basically an American chav, but I still would .. so she is foxy I guess, and her name is Knox

so you think the way it's going - murderer as celebrity just because she is doable and has a name that rhymes easily with a journolaziness - is the way forward?

I think the whole media circus surrounding this has been dreadful.

It's not right, but it is an apt name for her

I believe she labelled herself 'foxy knoxy' - It was her myspace name.

The press appear to have just latched on to it.

Oh come on. It's not just plain old murder. It was naughty, kinky, sexy murder. In fact, in the UK, I'm pretty sure she'd have been sentenced for nothing more serious than manslaughter, in a 'sex game went wrong' kind of scenario.

But of course she's foxy. She was up for threesome/moresome sex. She was up for knife/edge-play. And she may have even got right off on fking and killing.

Let's face it. Our resident singleton Penny-grope wouldn't have to date the down-and-out from Dumbarton' or the 'loser from Lanark' if she included troilism and mid-orgasmic ritual sacrifice in her dating profile.

Apparantly she has been called that since a child, and it comes from her being good at football rather than her appearance.

Leicester City fan then? She was probably conjuring up images of Gary Linekar and Muzzy Izzet while she got off.

I suspect given the evidence is all circumstantial that any trial would have failed on the "beyond all reasonable doubt" clause of British law.

I used to play football, I was pretty good.

I was never known as "Foxy S3fella!"

So where does the "Foxy" reference come from as it seems to have nothing to do with football in the least. "Dribbling Knox", yes, I get.

Or is it because he used to enjoy playing round the back in the hole?

Is it as cunning as a fox what used to be Professor of Cunning at Oxford University but has moved on, and is now working for the UN at the High Commission of International Cunning Planning?

I can't see how she deserves this sentence.

How can 3 people murder one person?
Quite easily, here is three people convicted of murdering one person in the UK:

I suppose two of them are innocent in your eyes?
HTH
Thanks for the information.

I love Italy, Was there for a couple of weeks this year. My opinions where given on how the Police made a mess of the case from that start that is all.

She's so cunning you could pin a tail on her and call her a weasel.
