I read on another forum that the EDL have asked people to bring their own supply of bacon.

This one could kick off depending on what they do with their bacon......

You'd be hard pressed to imagine another group that could possibly manage to make the EDL look good and then the New Labour/Unite Brownshirts (sorry, UAF) turn up and you realise miracles can happen! biggrin

Sadly these violent loonies are also officially endorsed by the Tories. Dave is signatory to the UAF founding statement.

Cos of the new mosque!
Due to the EDL &UAF the Market is closed on Saturday, so the stall holders lose out.

Is this just scaremongering by the moral panic brigade?

Nothing will happen, apart from a fat skinhead will get his nose broken and a couple of "muslims" will drive a Ford Sierra too fast.

laugh He must lead a sheltered life. Everyone knows than any Sierra still capable of respectable perambulation has, by now, been sequestered into a demolition derby. Similarly also that, for a certain demographic, the Carina is the car of choice, worldwide.

Read it carefully and park your car in the next county. smile

"Special Circumstances

If you are in the military and deployed to Iraq, Afghanistan, or anywhere else in the world, make sure to call your insurance agent to determine if your personal items are covered if lost, damaged, or stolen. While standard home insurance policies cover personal property while traveling, most policies exclude coverage for damage or loss caused by war. If your home is damaged or destroyed by an invading army, terrorist attack, or a nuclear accident, you will most likely not be covered. If your home is damaged or destroyed as a result of riot or civil unrest, your insurer will likely cover the loss. If your ex-boyfriend sets your house on fire, you are likely covered; however, if your teenage son or estranged wife sets your house on fire, you may not be covered.

IIRC if it's a proper 'riot' then the local police authority picks up the tab for damaged caused.

IIRC if it's a proper 'riot' then the people who pay council tax pick up the tab for damaged caused.

Is this about the "Mega-Mosque" (sounds like a Transformer hehe ) that had about 20,000 people petition against it ?

If so, what side will UAF be on considering the government forced through the planning application despite all those against it including the local council? wink
