Just looked to me like the camera was refocussing hence the lights appearing to move.

I don't think I've dismissed any plausible solutions, I did question GrahamE's jet proposition of those lights over France because they seemed to be moving far too slowly to me. However I appreciated and enjoyed the way he described how it may have been a formation of aircraft (presumably with their landing lights on).

I don't take UFO videos on face value because there are too many CGI hoaxers around nowadays. But I do firmly believe what my mate described and don't think it was "one of ours" and know there have been many thousands of plausible sightings prior to CGI and the hoax mentality, many made by very credible witnesses.

What evidence? What is the thing that you've seen that convinces you that these various UFO's are aliens?

As far as we know (extreme government black projects excluded) there is no man-made technology that looks like or is capable of performing manoeuvres like those described by many credible witnesses. Therefore the likelihood is that they are not of this planet/dimension/time.
