Flint sounding remarkably like several other politicians and weather pundits this week, in fact almost word for word. There isn't a script going round, by any chance?

Watered? Bet that is consistent with climate change. Hot air, lots of moisture pissing out... Sounds about right.

Out of curiosity, who would you (general, whoever wants to answer) like to see on the panel? What/who would liven the debate up?
I would rather they balanced the opinions than the parties. Only allow room for one 3rd way (Blairite) politician. Most Conservative/Lab/Lib politicians are interchangeable and descends into party bickering because they don't actually disagree on much.

Personally probably Peter Hitchens is who I'd like to see on the most, one of the more articulate UKIPpers, Galloway.

Where do the BBC get these audiences from? Corbyn has the worst rating of any leader ever and they are all supporting and applauding him?

Is the majority of the audience from the Corbyn fan club?

It's amazing to see so many woman both young and old get quite so 'moist' and excited!
It must be years since Mary Beard actually 'squirmed'in her seat (apologies for implanting such thoughts/images in others minds)

Lefties lack of impulse control causes them to make lots of noise. On TV it beats thinking.

The late Christopher Hitchens, Boris, Corbyn, whoever is likeliest to replace Farron when he's outed by the redtops as a satanist/adulterer/sniffer of bicycle seats, and someone from the nat parties to fill the other seat but I can't think of anyone entertaining enough Nigel Farage or Douglas Carswell.

There's nothing more balanced than a carefully balanced BBC QT audience, they go to great lengths to ensure balance. Which appear to be the same kind of lengths they go to when ensuring impartiality in their broadcast content and with the same result.

They probably don't have jobs or are at Uni. Normal people are too busy to go to a show like that!

Anyone who doubts how bad QT had recently become should watch this episode.

What I see is a LibDem Grande Dame trying to sit on the fence and please everyone/upset no-one. So, much like any other QT.

They hear the words 'Labour' or 'Corbyn' and go into auto-clap mode.

Trouble is, the mics' on QT tend to pick up the clapping very easily, and it can 'sound' like most of the audience is going nuts, but when you see a shot of them, most are sat there with there arms motionless, zombie like.
