I hope the police kick the st out of them.

Do they have any idea how much these things cost to police, I doubt it as they clearly have no idea about economics either.

Just a Q.
If a protester was caught doing vandalism would the uni or college take any action against them?? Example suspend or expel or fine?
I am going to University in September, and luckily escape the £9k tuition fees for a favourable £3k. The protesters if caught for doing the crime, vandalism, violence etc. would probably be kicked out since Uni's are already oversubscribed and don't need to spare time for idiots like that!

Annoyingly I am in London on Saturday so hopefully don't get caught up in any of their st, its near Embankment area and a demo thing Hyde Park just to let you guys know.

Fingers crossed we'll see good use of water cannons and at least one cavalry charge biggrin
Then lots of posts condemning the police and demanding officers face prosecution.

Someones just posted this on a friends FB in response to him seeing a load of students go past his house with a big fake horse confused

'Kennington Park is the meeting place for a feeder march, one of the guys on my course is an anarcist(sic) protester and we heard all about it yesterday'

Hope the skycopter is all fuelled up and ready....

I keep hearing on LBC (and have since switched it off) about those greedy bankers.

It will no doubt end up violent due to the type of individual taking part. I mentioned earlier in the thread that this is a protest mainly because it's a Conservative-led government, if Labour were making the same decisions you wouldn't hear a peep.

I remember when Labour were voted out, there were threads on here highlighting other forums / facebook pages where the socialists were furious, spitting blood and planning mass protests before Cameron got the keys to No.10 laugh

All of those attending will be returning home later to have a decent meal, maybe a few drinks, watch the TV, go out to meetfriends, use their mobile phones during the day, sleep in a warm bed with a roof over their heads and many more very tough chores of the day.

They do not have the first clue about being hard up. They are the epitome of greedy selfishness and can't (maybe won't) appreciate how well off they really are.

My sister is due to be crossing London later on today, I hope these cretins don't cause any problems on the public transport network.

They interviewed a couple of young women on the BBC about 5 minutes ago asking them what they were hoping to achieve (one looked like a drug addict and the other like a young version of James Corden) and as usual they seemed to understand very little of why they were there apart from saying "Because I don't like the Tories or Lib Dems" and "It'll destroy public services" rolleyes

A few of them are staging a sit-down protest on Shaftesbury Avenue....or so they want us to think.

In reality they're not used to being up this early on a Saturday and need a rest.

Yeah, lets have no cuts. That's bound to work.

Don't they realise that even Labour would have had cuts?

All paid for by leverage thanks to those "greedy" bankers. They still moan about it yet enjoy the risk they took.
