How's the spread this a.m Fox? Still at 1 pip with zero commission?

You're showing a serious lack of knowledge mocking R11 or similar. 140 trades is easily done if algo trading.

You seem to keep making personal insults and referring to other people's intellect. I presume you don't even see the irony that you spelt intellect wrong.

Mr fox, I posted earlier querying whether this might be some complicated 'long con' but I just want to apologise for that. Nobody touting for business could be so irrelevantly angry and aggressive rofl

To be honest, not being a trader or anything flash myself but running a (very) small business, you just come across as a total dreamer. You've made a series of poor decisions ('giving' away your share of a successful business, thrown good money after bad learning to trade etc) on the road to arriving here; what has suddenly improved your judgement or makes you think things will change?

You've made no effort to prove your worth ("I've placed a trade and...I've made a packet!!!" isn't evidence!) and you've just levied really weird amateur psychologist insults at everyone who's queried you without answering their questions. Weird.

Ahm oot.

Considering the level of rudeness displayed by the other sceptics I am astonished that I am the one who is on the receiving end of your ire.

As for my stature, I assure you that I am working on it...

To Walm, Doublesix et al.

Please accept my sincerest appologies for my sarcastic, and downright rude behaviour with my replies.
I think I got a bit carried away, and my behaviour got worse. I dont stand for bullying in the real world, and nor is it acceptable on an internet forum with strangers, and on reflection I feel that my post's were that way, and not knowing the sensitive nature of any posters it's not for me to have done.
Having friends where we have no topic too sensitive"ripping the p" dosent give me carte blanche to use it on a public formum. Or maybe it was too much sun on my bald head, yet this still dosent give me an excuse for my rude behaviour, so once again I appologise to one and all.

However I do stand by "everything I have written is the truth", and maybe next time if I want to post I'll post with evidence, or not at all.

Pistonheads: Lesson's learnt matter's.

Regards
Mr. Fox.

Indeed. I had a rough introduction to the world of PH but if you're still here in a years time talking all things oily and loud then I doubt anyone will be holding any grudges... Good luck.

p.s. I give this advice unsolicited freely to anyone who wants it but no one ever takes me up on it, all you have to do to make money trading is sit on the bid and offer of a front month STIR in the last couple of days before expiry (assuming fixings are stable versus the tick size, a fair assumption 99% of the time).

It is the lazy person's version of:

NorthernBoy said:
I've traded various things. In jobs where I was expected to make a strong profit, I had access to customers, who would buy over the fair price, and sell to me below it. Maximizing this profit was a difficult job, which is why they paid me, but they never assumed that I would regularly extract money from markets with no edge.

You are the other side of this deal, by choice. Why not spend the next three years getting a degree in econometrics, from a top university, and then have a bank train and pay you?
Indeed, in general, front month STIRs, or perhaps multi-leg startegies in far out commodities, flys at a minimum (that's a guess cause I've never done that) are the best things I can think of for someone without institutional backing to sell above fair value and buy below fair value

Oh of course! Silly me I guess he's in some tropical country on the beach with a lack of wifi tongue out

On a more functional note - I thought this thread was supposed to be about the journey of a Trader - good and bad?

It would be nice if he posted all the pitfalls as that was the bit I was interested in irked
