It's not a direct debit. It's a recurring card payment.
I've cancelled it twice on line, and also had several telephone conversations where it has been confirmed that no more charges will be taken.
But still, they bill.
In which case you inform the bank not to allow this payment
It's fine. My Facebook post and Tweet yesterday seems to have shamed them into action and the money they have taken incorrectly, will be back in my account within 5 working days.
They gave me a specific email address to contact, if anyone wants it, feel free to mail me.
Put it on the thread for other to use in future?
I was going to avoid that for fear of their mailbox getting swamped and becoming less effective, but that does not really matter to me now I guess smile
