Can you tell me how I cancel my free trial with Experian?

You can close your CreditExpert membership by email, phone or post. To help us find your membership details, please make sure you provide as much of the information listed below as possible:
Your customer reference number (this can be found when you're logged into your membership and on any letter or email you've received from us).
Your full name
Your address
The email address you signed up with
Email us at help@creditexpert.co.uk (please email from the account that you signed up with)
Phone us: 0800 561 0083 or 0344 481 0800. Lines are open Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm or Saturday 8am to 4pm. We are closed on Sundays.
Write to us: CreditExpert, PO Box 7710, Nottingham, NG80 7WE.
