Hello,

Has anyone found a good UK specific template for an Excel budget planner?

I have tried a few but they are all inflexible and for America. I'm sure there must be a good UK specific template.

Thank you,
S

Sorry, can't help with Excel. I made one myself a few years back but struggled to keep it up to date.

These days I use YNAB which I'm very pleased with, mostly because it's easy to keep up to date. All regular transactions get added automatically and everything else you can do via an iPhone/Android app. It even uses GPS so if you say 'Tescos, spent £50' the next time it knows you're outside Tesco and fills that in for you...

Yes that is what I mean. Thank you.

I will have a look at the YNAB app as that sounds good. I will also pop over to look at MSE.

Thank you very much

I've customized a few of the sections that are not applicable and broken down transportation into separate vehicles to see there individual costs. nerd

See what you think.
