CCJ for unpaid student house bills

Sorry OP but if shes this lax about "money matters" id be making dam sure I was wearing a bag everytime I stuck it in her.

Mrs400's bosses son at uni, car wants MOT, he point blankly dint want to know and was quite happy to not get it done. (didn't know where to start)

The generation of today often make me wonder how they remember to breath.

If she hasn't paid it yet and wasn't planning on paying it on the due date anyway it's pretty irrelevant that they gave her the wrong date, the outcome would've been the same. You're just clutching at straws for some way for her to get out of her responsibilities.

Why the heck not!!!!

First she ignores a bill
Then she ignores a court order
Then she ends up with a CCJ
And during all this time she never asked seven, I mean seven, other people about paying their share.

I can't think of any good reason for her story except that she is useless with money or that the other seven people in the house have some justification for withholding money (i.e. she owes them).

If you are thinking of her as a long term deal then please never get a joint bank account.
