Deed of trust rental property

Anyone had any direct experience of getting one set up to split the legal and beneficial ownership of a rental property? id like to speak to someone that can draft one for me but dont have any contacts in this area although ive seen companies offereing to do it for a fixed fee basis online although no professional indemnity provided...

I've just instructed my solicitor to do this only today. Some years ago my accountant set up a limited company to mitigate my tax liabilities. Every few years I transfer a property over to the company using a deed of trust. Today I moved over a 3 bed property and 20% of another house. The reason for this is to ensure you stay in the lower rate income tax band.
