Face to face pension guidance offering with the Citizens Advice Bureau will be light years better than any telephone based offering. The infrastructure is pre existing, and CAB already has the profile, reputation and accessibility. Trying to explain 30 year pension options over the phone to someone who will probably be in their 60s or 70s, confused and in no more than 30 minutes is an insane proposition. It's a great chance for people to get an all in utilities/benefits/financial MoT as well.
