Where do people turn when they eventually get so fed up with RBS they ditch them for another bank?

Opinions please!

Give us a clue, why you want to ditch them now, as opposed to when they were, "Chiselling Weasels", a few years ago...

Once again stranded whilst they cancelled my cards as a security measure. Last time was when they fked up a direct debit, paying 10 times the amount due and 'helping' me by shutting me down completely. Me being in a Dutch train station with a ticket machine only taking credit cards and a tight flight to catch! No calls, no texts, just no workng cards!

Same again this time, I'm abroad missus buys something from John Lewis and it 'pings' their security and I get shut down again.

Koonts!

Yes, obviously a slightly dry sense of humour. Although I have nearly always been happy with the service.
