Can anyone give me a definitive answer on this? I pay £13.75pcm in NI, whch I understand is for my state pension. However, I have a letter from DWP saying my OAP is fully funded (30 years). So can I cancel the DD or if I keep paying it do I get a bigger OAP? Thanks!

NI qualifies you for several state benefits, which include (but is not restricted to) the State Pension

AFAIK, you can't opt out of NI - if you're earning and under state retirement age, it has to be paid (subject to the usual small earnings exception rules)
