Hi people I have three cars that total in the value of 175k that have nothing oweing on them and
I am wanting to refinance 75k on these assets and just wondering what is the best way to release the equity out
for a new business venture?

I wanted to do similar a year back on my F40. I think I was quoted 14% and laughed them away!

Why don't you sell one (or two) of the cars?

That seems the most obvious solution.
