Normally use the app for all things banking, however changed my phone and had to call a couple of times to pay SA and get a pin for the app. Wait times seem to be rather long these days? Anyone else noticed that?

A couple of times, yes.

The only reason I remember is because normally you don't notice any wait time.

It's always been pretty much instant in my experience.

Try it with any other bank - if you can even find a phone number.

Yes, even on a weekend evening it's been instant. Hence why i noticed as well.

Partner and I both bank with them. Last time we called was probably shortly before Christmas when we moved house and had to transfer a few direct debits and things with energy suppliers.

No wait times at all. Other half has just commented he waited about 30 seconds once a few months ago.

Still infinitely better than any other bank we've ever dealt with!
