Fair enough. Personal situation aside though, is it something people would feel put out by theoretical speaking? Or perhaps i'm reading too much into it...
It could come down to practicalities, it could relate to your relationship at the time the document was drafted. I wouldn't try and read too much in to it. The job roles may have been shared out. You might be executor for instance.
