Send payment to Emirates NBD

Usually if I have to send money to an overseas bank account I use Transferwise. But as the receiving account is based outside of SEPA zone (Emirates NBD), Transferwise can't process it.

The reason for wanting to use Transferwise was to avoid high bank charges.

Can anyone recommend an alternative or some other solution?
