Recommend an accountant for a new small business

Hi,
Require an accountant for a new business - would need to be based in West London, ideally Heathrow-ish as this is where business is based.
Not particularly fussed if has an office or works from home, require someone who will take time to sit down with client and discuss various problems as and when they arise - not interested in a tax return fillerinner! :-) Last accountant has retired to Asia and although with my former business long distance worked well, a new one in its infancy would require someone I can see face-to-face
Not likely to be audited, and I'm not a believer in qualifications = good at job, I don't need to see all the certificates - recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
