Sarnie also recommended this to me 2 years ago when i moved. (2 years ago, 35 year mortgage) Just remortgaged last week with the same provider for a further 2 years and with the interest rate dropping (Mainly this), slight over payment i managed to keep my monthly payment the same but reduce it by a further 5 years 10 months. Echo what few have mentioned in this thread, as long as you can over pay without being hit with charges i recommend this approach....
