Company car tax - Czech Republic

Bit of a long shot, but hopefully there are some ex-expats here that have worked in the Czech Republic. Wondering if anyone knows how company cars (e.g provided to an employee for work and personal use) are treated as a benefit in kind? Struggling to find any real info, apart from one view that 1% of the total vehicle's new purchase price per month is applied. Anyone done this and know?
