An early repayment penalty incurred by remortgaging to another mortgage before thie end of the fixed term?

An admin fee charged for paying off the first mortgage in the above case?

The solicitors fees payable by me for the remortgage?

Normally, yes - as long as the finance being arranged is wholly and exclusively related to the property.

Note that there are more restrictive rules coming into effect on 6 April 2017 regarding such costs.
