So Sarnie "The Saint" as he has become known in my house has pushed off all our docs over to the folks a the bank.. We already had our AIP so now we are in full application mode and couldn't be more excited and nervous in equal measures!

We are buying the house we are already in so will probably be slightly anti-climatic when it all goes through but it will be ours and that's what we want biggrin

Sarnie sorted mine out recently also as an FTB, got me a great deal where two others had failed completely - Top guy smile

Although he now knows more about me than even my parents after all the forms and ID!

Indeed, I do feel we are only a candle lit dinner away from him knowing more about me than the wife, woman can hardly remember my DOB, which actually wouldn't be so bad but all she really needs to remember is the year as we share a birthday smash
