Black lives matter protest at Heathrow causes massive delays on M4.

Twittering about Mark Duggan etc.

So, intrigued, I poked around for confirmation on BAME deaths as a result of police shooting;

6 in 10 years. Not exactly a 'crisis'?

Surely calling for 'a day of rage' is incitement?

I was wondering when this American fad was going to make its inevitably way to the UK. I'll be short, these people are thick and wannabe victims when the reality to American policing in the UK is about as different as it gets. If your poster boy for BLM in the UK is Mark Duggan, then you are downright fking stupid. I fear this stupidity will go unchallenged and get wide support from the wider UK black population.

Morons. Mark Duggan was a criminal with an illegal firearm.

I think it's awful there has been no justice for Mark Duggan. What kind of society do we live in where a gang member can't even pull a gun on the police without getting hassled by the man?

Not exactly a lot of them are there? Drive around them. Or over them.

And why aren't they just being grabbed and moved, the numbers are tiny (seriously outnumbered by police) and there'll be half a dozen things that can be used to justify removing them from the road.

This. What understanding do they possibly have, it's nothing to do with this country at all!

I bet some of them even support that selfish idiot that got herself killed in Baltimore the other day after a 7 hour standoff. She clearly had serious issues, but had even taught her son (who was injured in this) to parrot her bullst that the cops were out to kill him. That's an extreme example, but it's just all part of a thuggish anti authority (in the UK, it's white people too in deprived areas) culture which is instilled from an early age.

I'm all for equality but what's going on in the states, they need to look at themselves in a lot of this.

The organiser of this was the Today programme this morning. Came across as high on righteous indignation, low on any statistics to substantiate any of his claims regarding eg "all the people killed in immigration holding centres". I don't have a lot of time for Sarah Montague normally, but to her credit she did pull him up on the lack of any credible figures, and "surely you mean people who have died, not been killed".

I'm going to park my 5 series across the A350 on my drive home tonight and hold up a banner that says "White Lives Matter" on it.

Then I'll be on fleek.

Regardless of the rights and wrongs of the 'cause' every time i see a bunch of Muppets doing this i wonder just what their reaction would be if some of the boys in this link started walking towards them and knelt down next to their drainpipes with item number 7 of their kit list...

Absolutely. In fact his lack of facts and slightly aggressive stance totally undermined everything he said

They are blocking the centre of Nottingham as well. They have laid across the tram tracks. If i was a tram driver i'd be inclined to give them a quick nudge with a tram.

Adam Elliott Cooper; also involved in the Rhodes Must Fall statue protest at Oxford university earlier this year.

Ah, a seasoned social justice warrior, then! No doubt his next bandwagon will be along shortly.
