Hi just looking for some advice, i have a small amount of shares in this newly formed company as i have E.on shares and they have given 1 share in Uniper for every 10 owned. I have the option to sell now for 12€ per share, and just wondered if the consensus would be to hold off until they are released onto the Frankfurt market in a week or so?

Not a life changing amount of money and wouldnt be massively fussed if i lost it all as they were freeish shares but if the opurtunity to double up is there i would prefer it smile

Any thoughts greatly appreciated, and thanks for taking the time to read.

I guess you could hedge your bets by selling half now, in case they go down, and if they go up, you still have half.

Dont sell yourself short, for that kind of advice i would expect to pay at least your 1% plus a kitkat (Chunky no less).

You drive a hard bargain but I accept. Can I interest you in my gilt-edged trouser bonds, three for the price of two while stocks last?

I am in the same situation having retired from Eon 6 years ago but in hindsight not selling the shares at that time.
