Currency exchange for Spanish purchase

I'm sure I've seen a company recommended on here for this, can anyone help please?

We are buying property in Spain and I believe there are companies to send the currency through that helps maximise the exchange rate you get? This would be particularly helpful given current rates! Recommendations gratefully received.

I use Transferwise at least twice a month and have done since 2012/13. Have saved thousands vs trad bank rates. You're welcome to use my invitation link from them: https://transferwise.com/u/f0c6 . I think the first tx is free but there are probably limits.

I have been HIFX since about 2000. Their rates are quite close to Interbank and you can easily put a set amount into someone's overseas account or regular transfers into your own.

As for timing, I have always done this myself and my track record is pretty good, 22nd June was my last transfer, so the next one is going to hurt.
