Allow eg £50\month spendies, this is your fun money. If you want something then save out of the £50. If you build up a few months you can decide to pay an extra lump off. But don't touch the allocated payments.

You could go hard but depending on how long it takes you could when you get bored. Paying debts off is like dieting. To hard for to long and you just give up.
