I'm not a Fundsmith investor. Not sure what to make of this:-

Looks like they are moving their own profits offshore. I presume that Mauritius is a cheaper tax regime.

Agree but that must increase the risk.

Agree but that must increase the risk.
Why?
It's the company's profits they are moving. No doubt as some form of tax avoidance. Nothing to do with the assets of the fund.

Interesting that he has £115m of his own money in that fund. He's obviously pretty confident of his strategy for picking stocks. The fund now has ~£5billion in it, which makes it one of the largest open ended funds in the world.

I received the annual letter to shareholders this week. Always worth a read:

The "confession" abut Dominos is interesting - not many would be so candid about their mistakes but i guess that is easier when one is +28% for the year....!
