Does anyone know of a SIPP provider that still allows the purchase of unlisted shares?

Apparently since new capital adequecy rules came in in 2016 most have stopped doing it (mine included which is Suffolk life).

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

Mattioli Woods would be worth a call and ask them, had a very similar issue for one of my clients with Suffolk Life, who are otherwise very, very good.

Thanks, will try them. Also considering setting up a SSAS with my business partners but apparently you can't hold commercial property in them and we already have one between our SIPS.

Nothing is ever simple when it comes to pensions

You most definitely can hold commercial property in a SSAS. Whoever told you that you can't doesn't know their stuff!

What PM said about SSASs, the person saying that you can't hold cp in one hasn't got a clue.

Seek a proper adviser ASAP!
