I cant login to my bank account

Anyone else had this?
You used to be able to login using the sort code, account number and a PIN.
Its difficult enough remembering a PIN or the name of your favourite film and dog ten years ago.
Due to extensive customer demand they want you to register a user name and password, which will doubtless be the same as every other user name and password that people use for facebook instagram etc.
If you click to say youve forgotten it sends a renew email an address you no longer have.
Checking out BBC advice on internet security yesterday, always be imaginative and there are more ways to lie about your date of birth, mothers maiden name and probably national insurance number too, than tell the truth.
But have you ever tried to get back into your account, when you cant remember what you told them in the first place and none of it ties in with what's real
Anyway it doesnt matter as the site is down for maintenance
