Ive gone 2year atm.

Within 5 years the rate is going to go up imo.

They have to start going up one day they can't get any lower so 5 yr fix for me.

Think my Ltv is about 45

A was thinking maybe fix for 2 and rates will still be low after that hard to say with brexit and obv rates can't still low forever unfortunately

I went 2 years but my ltv is high and 5 years was a lot less competitive.

Overpaying on 2 years but in 2 years I'm hoping to fix for longer at a similar rate as the 2 year deal I have now.

If I were in to fixes I would advocate a 5 year fix.
