Insurance renewal coming up on my 4 rentals. All houses, let on AST's.

In terms of extras, 3 have ancient (well 14+ year old) boilers so no the usual "emergency" cover doesn't usually cover them from the little I've seen.

Rent guarantee might be useful etc.

Any recommendations on broker or insurer?

I found Alan Boswell to be the best this year.

We've helped loads of PHers out on this front, (and beat Alan Boswell regularly)

drop me a pm if you want a hand, or email jon AT lockyers dot co dot uk

Will do Jon. Having seen your posts over the years I wasn't sure you were still around these parts as I've not been here much.

Jon, mine is due in March, only one property, is that something you'd aim for or do the landlord need a couple of places?
