Just trying to figure out when the sell, always the daunting task, only got a small holding of 12,507 (shares) with a nice £43 profit after fees presently though I could do with recovering off a few big losses elsewhere so may hold a bit longer.

REM is like a biotech with approvals that hasn't yet got its drugs to market.
Read Bacanora news.
That's its Mexican lithium partner.

REM still a strong hold IMHO

I do have Bacanora, I don't have REM (except in the share game)

100% not greedy? biggrin

I decided to topslice my MSMN holding on Wed at around a similar percentage. Thank god... Now happy to leave the remainder in for a freeride. Flow rate updates, due out in a couple of months and so much more still to come, both this year and next. Cant believe so many have been spooked and sold (guess AIM is full of chancers & day traders) - if it goes much lower I might have to increase my holding.

So Mosman (MSMN) had been shooting up lately, came out with some news release this morning which was fairly positive and was up a bit on the day. Then all hell breaks loose and it totally dumped about 30% fast. Someone really knows something, this game is very stacked against the small fry especially in dealing with these AIM stocks. I have no vested interest but have been keeping an eye on it. People on boards throw out the "tree shake" stuff, "great buying opportunity / I just topped up more" yada yada. But they're really st scared as they watch the arse fall out and have no idea why. It's quite funny watching them take comfort in herd mentality and being wrong in numbers and having people they don't know reassure about lost money that isn't theirs.

Whether or not it's a good investment? I don't know, but someone obviously knows something to make it drop 30% on seemingly decent news.

It's incredible the amount of rubbish that gets spouted on some of the boards. I used to work for a small AIM listed company about 10 years ago and was amused about what was written about us. Looking again now there are still the same people on there maintaining the same positions on the company!

Yeah, it's tax free smile
Tempting as it is, just don't go overboard with the leverage, trade as you normally would with physical shares and you'd get a better net return.

Also beware of the very high overnight funding rates, either close your positions out each day or trade futures if you're thinking longer term.

QFI are flying again! Topped up a decent chunk last week, so with that and my initial holding, I'm currently a few months salary up in just a few days! Top sliced my initial holding when it reached over the 40p mark last time, so everything that's in there is pure profit at the moment.

Holding for a further update on the 2nd PoC results in the next couple of weeks and an announcement on our Oil Major partnership, then I hope to see it breaking the 50p barrier and upwards.

(a big plus is it's paid off my QPP decision, but let's not mention that one smile)

Not sure there are many holders left. A good statement has given a massive rise today but still well down on where it was before various questioning reports came out. I think itll go back down before it (ever?) goes back up to where it was.

Got tipped a wink on this again two weeks ago and topped up my ISA holding on these a little. Bugged I didn't go further than I did now but no man ever went bust turning a profit...

It is a product I have bought into on this, not the share, and I honestly do believe that this is a good place to leave a few K for a few years and forget about it. Just imaging you bought in £1,000 two weeks ago and what that could be worth at 315 per share, which is not as unrealistic a price as it might first sound, in 5 years or less.

QPP has gone from being risibly cheap to very cheap. I think that at 225p that's 15 p fbefore the 1 for 15 consolidation. Given lots of us bought at 25p after the false GCR report, we're still looking at lots of losses.

No doubt once the day traders cash in their quick profits it'll drop like a stone again.

t's interesting times! It may mean absolutely nothing, but since they've made a lot of money on their QPP short so far, and are on a reputational high after Gowex, why go back and attack them again unless there's some substance to it?
I see it's 205 since my post at 190....
