Unsurprising.

They tried to sell the company.

No interest.

Out of interest - what is left??
And what are the odds on a good guess for a reasonable net cash balance estimate now?
Which of course could be blown on some highly synergistic acquisition in say the luxury travel business or perhaps discount retail or flying cars or something??

There's the scaffolding business?

The S&G deal makes no sense to me at all, but that aside, the PWC audit is still yet to be released, so it's hard to provide any analysis of what actually remains.

Struggling to find any financial and past performance info on BRWM.

Anyone able to give me a summary of them please?
I have no axe in it, just that it came up on my screener, but I was unable to get enough basic data about them to arrive at a decision so it piqued my interest.

Lol I guess I asked for sarcasm. I didn't mean the published data I meant a ready to consume breakdown like yield, P/E, P/B etc.

for example:
http://www.topyields.nl/stock-details-morningstar....

.... and nevermind, it seems the data seemed to fail to load on google it's displaying fine now.

I'll get my coat!

cheers :P

Ah - fair enough.
I always think headline data like that is good for a screen but I would certainly check it bottom-up since it is notoriously inaccurate.
For example I completely missed a recent IPO that was good value because bloomberg was using an EV that hadn't included the IPO proceeds so was off by literally billions.
I picked it up on a deeper dive but it was frustrating because it made the whole group look more expensive than it really was on a first pass... grrr.
